Prepare Your

Submission Materials

Be clear and concise. Prepare a short synopsis (1–2 pages max) that captures the core concept, characters, and vision for your story.

Show the Heart. Highlight what makes your project unique. Why RodFather? Why now? Who is the audience? What is the impact you hope it will have?

Submit your materials in a clean, readable format (PDF preferred). Include your name and contact information on all documents and file names.

By submitting my idea, concept, format, treatment, or related materials (“Material”) to RodFather Productions, LLC (“Company”), I agree to the following:

My submission is voluntary and does not create any confidential or fiduciary relationship with Company.

I acknowledge that Company may already have similar ideas in development, or may develop them in the future, and I will not be entitled to compensation or credit unless Company uses protectable elements of my specific submission pursuant to a separate written agreement.

I represent that I am the sole owner of the Material and have full authority to submit it.

Company has no obligation to review, develop, return, or use the Material.

I release and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my submission, except as may be set forth in a future written contract between us.
